Soon to be paneled on major insurances!
Hey there!
A little bit about me is that I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I moved here from Colorado where I completed my bachelor’s at Colorado State University and my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Regis University in Denver. In addition to this, I have a dog named Daisy Mae who is trained in Animal Assisted therapy. She loves being in sessions to receive all the pets and naps, if that would be something of interest to you!
My experience and focus have been with individuals who are dealing with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and who may need help in developing a sense of identity. I love working with children and adolescents. I also have a strong passion for family systems, as we are not meant to do the work alone!
I have had experience in working in Partial Hospitalization Programs and Intensive Outpatient levels of care. This has allowed me to learn about the depth you may be feeling and barriers that may be in your way to living a fulfilled life.
As your therapist, my top priority is the relationship that you and I hold as I feel it is a key ingredient for therapy to be useful. I prioritize building a connection with you that allows you to feel safe, connected, and seen. As therapy can be a space for processing emotions and experiences, my hope is to also allow space for connection in other parts of your life that hold importance to help me get to know you even better. Lastly, we will take each session as they come and decide together what you are needing most during our time.
I am grateful you found my page. Seeking help can feel scary at times. I am here to join you in your journey and together help you face whatever challenges you are currently experiencing. If you feel that we may be a good fit, please reach out.
