I graduated with my Bachelors in Nutrition and completed my Dietetic Internship through the Coordinated Program in Dietetics at the University of Texas at Austin. I have since passed the Commission on Dietetic Registration Exam and have become Licensed in the states of Texas and Illinois. I am glad to serve as a dietitian for adults and teens here at Austin Counseling and Nutrition!
I initially became interested in pursuing a career in dietetics after working with dietitians during my time dancing at professional ballet schools. During this time I struggled with body and food positivity, so I understand how difficult it can be to have a healthy relationship with food. I am passionate about working with others to help them find peace with food and their bodies. I am very passionate about working with athletes/ ex-athletes to help them discover a healthier relationship with food, exercise, and body image. I believe in approaching nutrition from an anti-diet perspective and support the principles of Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size.
In my free time I love exploring all the great restaurants and outdoor spaces in Austin, going to concerts, watching movies with friends, and cuddling with my cat KiKi!

As your dietitian, my role in your recovery is to offer personalized support and guidance on your journey of recovery. I provide essential nutrition education and empower clients to cultivate positive relationships with food. Together, we work on building strategies for coping with challenges and fostering a sense of trust and well-being in your body. It's a privilege to be part of my clients' recovery processes, helping them reclaim their health and vitality.
