The following videos were filmed in 2013 with my friend and colleague, Jordan Shafer. The relational style seen here is not representative of my normal professional approach. I am particularly sassy with him--but don't let that scare you, I'm not typically like that (usually). Regardless of this younger and sarcastic vibe, I wanted to post these videos in order to share potentially helpful information. Further, there is mention of "obesity" and "overweight", though we do not use these terms in our practice or find any value in them--they are based in anti-fat bias of our colonization culture. I hope you will enjoy them!
