Food and body liberation - it's what we do
One of the hardest things you can go through is not trusting your own body. It is hard to trust when you are surrounded by people subscribing to diet culture and the objectification of bodies. This battle with your body can consume virtually all of your time, energy, and thoughts.

In our practice we strive to stay at the forefront of eating disorder treatment methods to help you get the most out of your process of healing. Most of our therapists are trained in Eye Movement, Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to resolve negative core beliefs underlying many struggles. We work from a Health at Every Size lens, and we aim for Intuitive Eating as our ultimate nutrition goal.

We provide a safe, inclusive space to help you understand who you are, beyond all these messages you've been given. We know this journey can be scary and challenging, and we will gently guide you through to the other side: liberation.

"You may think you are not "sick enough" to deserve help. Unfortunately 90% of people with eating disorders do not get the help they need partly due to this belief. Everyone deserves the chance for a life they enjoy living.

I've worked in the eating disorder field for over 15 years. It wasn't until I began working as an eating disorder specialist that I began to understand my own distorted relationship with food and body. Most people don't even know they have a problem, and will continue to suffer without knowing there is a better way to live."
